Constable Police Explorers Program

Precinct 4 Explorers The Police Explorer program, operated through the Boy Scouts of America and hosted locally by the Precinct 4 (Post 26 & Post 901) gives students and young adults ages 14-21 the opportunity to develop leadership skills and learn about law enforcement.  The explorers wear uniforms that mirror those worn by precinct 4 deputies, except for the specially designed Explorer badge and should patches. The explorers meet weekly and compete locally and statewide with other explorer posts..  For more information about the explorer program please contact Deputy Steve Mateo at steven.mateo@cd4.hctx.net. You may also watch a video and read the article on the Houston Chronicle's website. Click Here to download an application for the explorer program.
