Citizens Police Academy...

Have you ever wanted to know what is like to be a Deputy Constable?  Do you want to know more about the on scene and behind the scenes operations of Precinct 4?  If so, you should consider enrolling in our Citizens Police Academy.  

The Citizens Police Academy is designed to give the Citizens of Harris County Pct.4 a working knowledge of Constable Ron Hickman’s department. The course consists of ten classes instructed by Precinct 4 personnel from various divisions of the department.  Although the course has a particular emphasis on patrol, it also covers many diverse topics such as criminal investigations, communications, gangs, and more. 

The instruction phase of the course will consist of lectures, demonstrations and hands on practice. Each student will be given the opportunity to ride with a patrol officer during a tour of duty.  Click Here to apply online.
